Dear Parent/Guardian:

This important message is to clarify what you need to do concerning Covid and any Covid symptoms. This protocol has been in place since the return to school on Monday, February 8, 2021. Thank you for reading this important information.


Do not send your child to school if they have a single Covid symptom (1 Symptom = STAY Home) . If any of your children has one symptom, then siblings must also stay home.


It is imperative that you keep your child/children home when ill.


Symptoms include 1 Symptom = STAY Home

  • Fever/chills

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath

  • Decreased or loss of smell or taste

  • Sore throat or difficulty swallowing

  • Nausea/vomiting/diarrhea

  • Fatigue/lethargy/muscle aches/malaise

Daily Screening (Complete each morning before school)

Parents and guardians Daily Screening must be completed for each child daily before entering into the school. Ontario COVID-19 School Screening Tool. Only students who receive GREEN ✔ each morning should be attending school.
